How is SNO pronounced

SNO stands for Simple, Natural, Outdoors. We pronounce it S-N-O.

What size am I?

Most of our products have a slim tailored fit that’s true to size. If you prefer a slightly roomier fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to each product’s photos and “fit guide” for more details. Each product also has a size chart with approximate measurements.

How should I care for my products?

To prolong your product’s life, wash only when necessary. Please refer to each product’s “care guide” for more details and specific instructions. This information can also be found on your product’s interior care/contents tag.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 in North America and over $250 everywhere else. For orders below the threshold, we offer a flat shipping rate:

– $10 in Canada
– $20 in the US
– $30 everywhere else

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or charges not included in the original purchase price. Orders ship from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Absolutely! Currently, we are using:

– Recycled, biodegradable and recyclable paper mailers
– Recycled and recyclable plastic product bags
– Recycled cotton “Thank You” notes

What is your return policy?

We stand behind all of our products and proudly offer free returns. For a full refund, all products must be returned within 45 days of purchase in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please email returns@snowhistler.com to begin the return process.

Please note:

- We are currently not accepting exchanges
- Items marked final sale are excluded from our return policy

What is your warranty policy?

We proudly guarantee the quality of all of our products. If your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, please email returns@snowhistler.com and we will set up a repair, replacement, return or otherwise at our discretion. However, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
