SNO stands for Simple, Natural, Outdoors. We pronounce it S-N-O.
Most of our products have a slim tailored fit that’s true to size. If you prefer a slightly roomier fit, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to each product’s photos and “fit guide” for more details. Each product also has a size chart with approximate measurements.
To prolong your product’s life, wash only when necessary. Please refer to each product’s “care guide” for more details and specific instructions. This information can also be found on your product’s care/contents tag.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100. We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or charges not included in the original purchase price.
Orders ship from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada.
Absolutely! Currently we are using:
– Recycled, biodegradable and recyclable paper mailers
– Recycled and recyclable plastic product bags
– Recycled cotton “Thank You” notes
For a full refund, all products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please email returns@snowhistler.com to begin the return process.
We proudly guarantee the quality of all of our products. If your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, please email returns@snowhistler.com and we will set up a repair, replacement, return or otherwise at our discretion.
However, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
